Wanek-Homework Policy:
My belief is that homework should be given for a purpose of strengthening what is being taught at school. Homework is to serve a purpose as an extension and support to classroom work. Therefore, homework assigned is important to me as your teacher and I will expect that homework is turned in on time. I will allow for late homework when possible, though that is not always acceptable. If an assignment is given please note the due date and if there is an option for it to be accept late. There will be cases where homework is assigned in preparation to participation in the next days project. If this is the case and homework is not returned the obvious consequence is missing out on participating in the project during class time. A make-up time can be scheduled at my convince with some projects but this is not always feasible. My suggestions is to note when homework is assigned and when it is due and as Nike says, "Just Do It!"
